Description

TWEED, A VAST AND BRIGHT COMFORTABLE OFFICES PROJECT IN THE URBAN ENVIRONMENT

Tweed is an ambitious office development project located in the heart of Brussels, covering 16,000 square metres on 12 levels. It comprises an atrium on the ground level, a mezzanine on the first level opening onto 10 levels, and also four terraces with view onto the law courts and the city.

Reception worthy of this name

If the Tweed name suggests a certain art of living, the fittings, finishes and the high energy performance of the building confirm this impression. On the ground level, a spacious and luxurious lobby will provide a fitting reception for visitors. The atrium, covered with vegetation, is ideal for locating a lounge or small catering area.

A WORK SETTING ADAPTED TO THE 21ST CENTURY.

The Tweed will offer its future occupants the possibility to work according to the New World of Work principle.

On entering the building, you are welcomed into an atmosphere that evokes the balance between work and relaxation, walking through a green and bright environment. This extends into the atrium and the mezzanine that opens onto generous office spaces. On the roof, a large 260 m² terrace offers a superb view of the city, while the green roofs provide a pleasant touch of freshness.
