AG Real Estate

One of the landmark buildings at the heart of the European district, the Arlon-Trèves building, will be the subject of an impressive refurbishment over the next few years in readiness for a sustainable future. The building’s new owners, project developers BPI Real Estate and AG Real Estate, will transform the existing structure into an innovative exemplary office complex that pays particular attention to the well-being of its occupants while retaining today’s distinctive architecture.

The future office building will have a surface area of 18.200 sqm above ground, a vibrant ground floor with different activities and another useful 1.300 sqm below ground for the conference center. Future occupants will have access to such facilities as co-working spaces, a conference hall, meeting rooms, roof terrace, a garden and convenient bicycle storage with showers.

The permit was obtained in September 2023, and the works are scheduled for 2024-2027.
