AG Residential, the residential brand of AG Real Estate, focuses on the development of sustainable urban complexes in Belgium. Its assets are in line with an uncompromising approach when it comes to location and proximity to public transport. They thus provide our buyers with accessibility and mobility conditions that make their life easier. 3,500 units are currently under development or in the study phase.

With the support of AG Insurance, a major player on the Belgian insurance market, AG Residential can also count on solid financial foundations to function with its own capital only – a guarantee for reliability and solvency that buyers find reassuring.

AG Real Estate is determined to address the new societal needs linked to the ageing of the population. Accordingly, since 2011, we have been investing actively in the development and management of residential real estate for the elderly. We want to develop well designed and accessible facilities so as to offer a better quality of life to senior citizens. We are already contributing more than 250,000 m² of floor space in the sector, or a total of nearly 4,300 beds in 35 rest homes and 277 assisted living apartments in Belgium, but also in Germany and Spain.

Interparking is a 51% subsidiary of AG Real Estate geared to the management of public parking facilities. The Interparking group has been designing, developing, holding and operating more than 900 public on- and off-street parking facilities for more than 50 years. A leader in the Belgian market, Interparking is also a top notch international player in 8 other European countries (France, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Romania, Poland and Austria) with a particularly dominant position in Spain, France and the Netherlands.
