Delta is a project that has been executed in partnership with Burco Group. This brand new nursing home in the city of Brussels is ideally located and completes the services offered by the newly built and large hospital CHIREC, nearby two of Brussels largest universities. The project was acquired in 2018 and was delivered in 2021. The nursing home houses 150 beds and is operated by Armonea.
