Retail

Commercial real estate is the second largest investment sector of AG Real Estate. We handle all aspects: design, development, management and operation of shopping centres. We currently have 35 buildings under management, including 8 shopping centres, or ca. 300,000 m² of extremely attractive retail floor space.

Our in-depth knowledge of the retail market and how it is evolving enables us to propose an appropriate rental policy and services that take due account of the specific features of each project.

Warehouse

AG Real Estate also rents out logistics platforms accompanied by a specific layout and monitoring for our tenant clients. We manage more than 690,000 m² of warehousing floor space in the Benelux in all, with an almost 100% occupancy rate.

Our team of experts is also involved in transforming industrial sites at strategic locations whose layout is no longer in tune with expectations on the market.

Finally, since 2015, we are also partners of the Heylen Group which operates in Belgium and the Netherlands. This partnership enables us to provide our clients with new, fully customized construction solutions.

Healthcare

As the owner and manager of nursing homes, AG Real Estate is committed to the well-being of the elderly. With more than 400,000 m² of assets in 47 establishments in Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Spain, we strive to improve the quality of life of senior citizens. By offering recent, well-designed, comfortable and secure residences, we aim to provide each resident with quality care in an appropriate environment.

AG Real Estate has been the sole shareholder of ANIMA since 2022. With currently 28 assets under management, accommodating more than 2,700 residents and employing some 2,000 people, AG Real Estate and Anima are proud to play an active role in the development of the quality nursing home sector, for the benefit of our elderly.

Sustainability and social responsibility are central to our values. We favour new-generation buildings that combine energy efficiency with respect for the environment. We are also actively committed to increasing the production of renewable energy in our facilities.

Public infrastructure

AG Real Estate is the partner of choice when it comes to building public infrastructure on time and on budget. These public-private partnerships generally take the form of ‘Design, Build, Finance and Maintain’ (DBFM) projects. In this context, we advocate a constructive approach in which we are able to assume different roles: investor, long-term financier and delegated project owner.

Proof of our agility is our ability to adapt to the needs of our partners, as demonstrated by the recognition we have received for projects such as Scholen van Morgen (Schools in Flanders), Hangar M, the Defence warehouse in Melsbroek, the Courthouse in Namur and of course the new school construction programme in Flanders: Scholen van Vlaanderen- Perceel 1.

Parking

Interparking after the integration of Saba

Interparking, a subsidiary of AG Real Estate (50.1%), integrated Spanish car park operator Saba into its Group on 1 October 2025, creating a pan-European leader in urban mobility.

The new entity has more than 2,000 car parks in 16 European countries and nearly 600 cities, representing nearly 800,000 parking spaces and 8,000 electric charging stations.

With its head office in Brussels and a regional centre in Barcelona, the group employs around 4,000 people and manages more than 250 million transactions per year.

This merger strengthens Interparking’s position as a leading player in sustainable urban mobility solutions, while accelerating the digitalisation of services, the roll-out of electric charging and a robust ESG strategy.

AG Real Estate remains the majority and controlling shareholder, alongside strategic partners APG and CriteriaCaixa.
